Co-exhibition organizer:
Mr. Sinorn Keo (1944-present)

He is the only surviving member of his rock band that he formed in 1960s (he was the drummer). Since 1960s, Mr Sinorn has been purchasing and collecting the music from different vinyl record shops in Phnom Penh. Through out the time of the Khmer Rogue Regime, he has hidden the music of Sinn Sisamouth and other artists by creating a fake wall in his house and moving the record from place to place to keep it secure and safe. After the fall of Khmer Rogue which Cambodia had been liberated from the Genocide, Mr. Sinorn’s vinyl records were survived and are still in the most pristine condition. He works to assist Sinn Sisamouth’s Family in gaining the intellectual copyrights. With his support in providing evidence to claim the rights, more than 100 songs that were written and composed by Sinn Sisamouth, King of Cambodian music, have been given the copyright, by the Royal Government of Cambodia.

For the grand opening, he will display the treasure of Cambodian music before 1975s including actual vinyl records, sleeves, and song book as well as other literatures/novels.

Do you wish to see Khmer Culture live on forever? Do you want to be part with the cultural heritage preservation.

We have put together ideas of building Khmer Cultural Center.  We have a ground breaking and planning. This project is going to take some times. We do need to take further action in making this thru fund raising and donating. This is an exciting project. However, this project cannot be done alone. We need your supports. Any contribution is welcomed and appreciated.

This project may need $2M to completely build.

We divide the building in 9 sections.

Main building:
1. Museum
2. Library
3. Music Theater
4. Gift shop
5. Organics restaurant
6. Wellness Center

Single building

7. Diversity Cultural Center
8. Information Center
9. Guest House

Making too many concrete building is too boring. We do want to have fish farms and organics grow vegetables, fruits and herbs. Additionally, we have two parking lots making it convenience for everyone.

Finally, we will make this plan become realistic. Please make donation.

Thank you.

Location: Lake Havasu, Arizona, USA
Time: Fund raising will range from December 2017 to June 2018.
Construction time: 3-6 months
